Please take your time to read through our terms and conditions, by placing an order you agree to the following.
Uk Pigeon Couriers : Us, We, Our.
Customer : You, Your, Person who phones order.

1) Placing an order and confirmation
1.1) We accept orders from 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
1.2) All orders recieved by 5pm on a Friday will be guaranteed for collection/delivery the following week.excepting outlying unviable areas, which will be dealt with, at the earliest possible date.
1.3) Both the collection and delivery customers will recieve a telephone confirmation call 24 hours before any collection / delivery is made.
2) Payment 
2.1) We accept cash / cheque on collection / Delivery.
2.2) We accept online credit card payments via our website payment page.(small administration charge)
2.3) Should you pay by cheque and it be refused for any reason we reserve the right to charge an admin fee to cover any cost charged to us.
3) Collection
3.1) Upon collecting your birds we will supply our own special pigeon transport boxes free of charge.
3.2) Should you already have your birds in boxes supplied by yourselves we request that the birds be secure and the boxes suitable for travel.
3.3) We accept no responsibility what so ever for any birds that are not transported in our boxes.
4) Delivery
4.1) All birds will be delivered within 24 hours of collection where ever possible.
4.2) Should we be unable to deliver the birds within 24 hours you will be advised when placing the order.
4.3) Any birds that fall into 4.2 will be placed into our individual holding pens and looked after until delivery.
4.4) When attending the delivery address we require someone to be in to take the birds from our driver.
4.5) Should we be asked to leave the birds in another location eg, loft or garage, we accept no responsibility from the point of leaving them.

5) Liability
5.1) Uk Pigeon Couriers will only accept liability for loss, damage or death if it was due to our neglect.
5.2) We do not cover stray birds in any way
5.3) We do not cover any birds not placed into our own secure boxes.
5.4) The maximun compensation we pay for any one bird is £50.
5.5) Extra insurance for higher valued birds can be arranged when placing order.

6) Refusal of orders
Uk Pigeon Couriers reserves the right to refuse our service for any of the following reasons 
6.1) Where threats or acts of violence are made towards any of our staff.
6.2) Where we suspect a double booking may have taken place.
6.3) Where there is outstanding charges.
6.4) where the potential customers are deemed undesireable by ourselves.
any doubt as to any alternative conditions that may apply, can be verified with our staff before placing your order.
